Aling aling waterfall located at Sambangan Village 

Sambangan Village has beautiful natural landscape and can surely serve as one of the main points of interest for Bali Trekking activities. More and more tourists come to enjoy the wonderful sights in the green village of Sambangan. Both domestic and foreign Tourists come to explore the village of Sambangan. Sambangan Village is an exciting and very suitable place for HIKING IN BALI because it owns a number of beautiful waterfalls. It has 7 natural waterfalls which are available to be enjoyed by travelers. The 7 waterfalls are Pucuk, Kembar, kroya, Aling-Aling, Canging, Dedari, and Cemara waterfalls. Along the journey of your trekking or hiking, you will find those exciting waterfalls in a green tropical village called Sambangan.

Trekking to Aling-aling Waterfall

Having registered at Sambangan Trekking office, we will accompany you to “Tiying Tali” Dam which is only 3 minutes from the office. The trekking journey starts from Tiying Tali Dam which constitutes a place for distributing water for farmers in Sambangan Village. As you walk along the path you will be refreshed by beautiful scenery of Muara rice terraces. Farmers in this area only use natural materials to grow their rice paddies. After passing the rice fields you will enter Sambangan forest which is very important for Sambangan Village since it has an important role to store the water supply for the farmers’ rice terraces. In this forest you will discover hidden natural treasures. There are plantations such as cloves, cacaos, palm sugar, coffee, fruits etc. What is really wonderful is the three untouched wonderful waterfalls. Firstly, you will meet Canging Waterfall, then Dedari Waterfall, and finally Cemara Waterfall which is the highest waterfall in Sambangan village that is around 33 meters high.

Duration of the trek: 3 to 4 Hours

The following is the details of the Tour itinerary:

Picking up from your hotel ( Kuta – Seminyak – Ubud – Canggu – Legian – Sanur – and Nusa Dua ) — 07.15 a.m.

Arriving at the trekking Point where you register– 10.00 a.m.

10.10 a.m. – Starting point of The trek ( Firstly, we will go hiking through the rice field, then we will take you to Blue lagoon where you can swim in the Natural swimming pool with its fresh water from the mountain. After having your good time here for 30 minutes then continuing to visit Aling- aling waterfall , after that we go to visit Kroya Waterfall, Kembar waterfall, and Pucuk waterfall where we can do sliding or Jumping in the waterfall.

13.15 p.m. – Enjoying a lunch box while having a good rest and seeing the waterfall.

14.00 p.m. – Finishing The trek – You can just go back to your Hotel or if you would like to make a halt at some nice spots on your way back to your hotel, our driver will be excited to arrange it for you.

Useful Note: For this Trip you should bring Towel, Sandal, changing clothes, casual Shoes and most importantly, remember to bring your camera.
