Pick-up - Booking - Children - Payment & Deposit - Cancellation Terms - Bad Weather

Payment

• PREPAID 25% deposit - .once you book through our website, we will send you a payment link through the company PT Bali Wisata Baik for a 25% deposit to secure your booking, which you can pay by credit card. (XENDIT payment link)
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your tour, payable to the tour guide in cash in IDR
• Tour is confirmed once deposit payment is received. PLease take note of the cancellation terms.

Pick-up

• The driver will pick you up 1 or 2h before the activity starts, depending on your location. Please be ready.
• You will get a detailed pick up time per email
• All tours are private tours, you will not share the transportation with other guests

Booking

• book at least 24 Hours before, so we can make the necessary arrangements
• online booking via website inquiry form
• Minimum no of travelers per booking is 2 (2pax). If you re a solo traveler or group of more than 6 travelers, please contact us, so we can find you the best price.

Children & Difficulty Levels

• Children at the age of 11 or older are considered adults
• Children at the age between 8 to 10 get 50% discount when accompanied by at least 2 adults.
• Children at the age of 7 or below are usually too young for the tours. For some easy tours it can be ok (check levels below)
• Level Easy: Kids should be able to walk 2 to 3 hours independently, climb stairs and steep trails
• Level Intermediate: Kids should be able to walk 4-6 hours independently, climb stairs and steep trails
• Level Advanced: usually not suitable for kids below 12.

Cancellation & Refund

• no refund of the deposit, in case of no-show or cancellation less than 24h before departure
• free cancellation up to 24h before departure, payment will be returned to you through XENDIT credit card payment system

Bad Weather

Trekking & Hiking depends on weather conditions. Even during rainy season, usually it only rains after noon.

• the local guides will inform us the day of the tour in the morning, if the weather conditions are too bad to manage the tour; we would inform you accordingly.
• in case of unsuitable weather, you can postpone the tour to another date
• we apologize but we cannot be held responsible for bad weather conditions if the tour needs to be cancelled same day and you cannot postpone, because we will have to pay for the guides, drivers & food we ordered.
• in case of rain, and if you did not bring a jacket, we usually do have some extra rain ponchos
